LoRaWAN communication module for Diehl Metering SHARKY 775
The CMi4160 ELV Module for Diehl Metering SHARKY 775 LoRaWAN is an integrated Elvaco meter connectivity module designed to add wireless LoRaWAN communication to compatible Diehl Metering SHARKY 775 heat meters. The module is installed directly inside the meter and transfers meter data to a receiving system through a LoRaWAN network.
The CMi4160 operates on 868 MHz and can transmit meter data through a compatible LoRaWAN gateway to an energy management, billing or remote meter-reading platform.
Integrated LoRaWAN meter communication
The module is installed in module slot 2 of a compatible Diehl SHARKY 775 and can be used both in new installations and as a retrofit for already deployed meters. LoRaWAN Class A communication supports OTAA or ABP activation and data rates from DR0 to DR5.
Configuration is performed through NFC using the Elvaco OTC app or remotely through LoRaWAN downlink. The energy-efficient EcoMode is designed to provide up to 11 years of battery operation under specified conditions.

Installation and connection
Install the CMi4160 in module slot 2 of a compatible Diehl Metering SHARKY 775, connect the meter interface cable and battery pack, and configure the module using NFC with the Elvaco OTC app. A compatible LoRaWAN gateway, network server and receiving platform are required for remote meter reading.
