LoRaWAN ultrasonic water meter for residential and commercial metering
The QALCOSONIC W1 AXI 2,5m3/h, DN15, 110mm G3/4, Composite LoRaWAN is a static ultrasonic water meter designed for accurate measurement of cold and hot water consumption in residential buildings, apartments and commercial premises.
The meter has no moving measuring parts and uses ultrasonic technology to measure water flow. Integrated LoRaWAN communication enables remote meter reading through a compatible LoRaWAN gateway and monitoring platform.
Ultrasonic water measurement
This configuration has a nominal flow Q3 of 2.5 m³/h, DN15 connection, 110 mm installation length and G3/4 thread. The durable composite housing and IP68 protection make the meter suitable for long-term water metering applications.
The QALCOSONIC W1 supports bi-directional flow measurement and includes an internal data logger for hourly, daily and monthly historical values. The display and alarm functions can indicate leakage, burst, backflow, empty pipe, low battery and other operating conditions.

Installation and connection
Install the meter in a DN15 pipeline with G3/4 connections. No straight pipe sections are required before or after the meter, and it can be installed in multiple orientations. A compatible LoRaWAN gateway, network server and monitoring platform are required for remote meter reading.
