LoRaWAN ultrasonic water meter for residential and commercial metering
The QALCOSONIC W1 AXI 6,3m3/h, DN25, 260mm G1 1/4, Composite LoRaWAN is a static ultrasonic water meter designed for accurate measurement of cold and hot water consumption in residential buildings, apartment properties and commercial installations.
The meter has no moving measuring parts and uses ultrasonic technology for stable long-term flow measurement. Integrated LoRaWAN communication enables remote meter reading through a compatible LoRaWAN gateway and monitoring platform.
Ultrasonic water measurement
This configuration has a nominal flow Q3 of 6.3 m³/h, DN25 connection, 260 mm overall length and G1 1/4 thread. The meter has an IP68-rated composite body and can be installed horizontally, vertically or diagonally without straight pipe sections before or after the meter.
The QALCOSONIC W1 includes an internal data logger for hourly, daily and monthly values. It supports bi-directional flow measurement and provides alarm and diagnostic functions for conditions such as leakage, burst, backflow, empty pipe and low battery.

Installation and connection
Install the meter in a DN25 pipeline with G1 1/4 connections and observe the flow direction indicated on the meter body. No straight pipe sections are required before or after the meter. A compatible LoRaWAN gateway, network server and monitoring platform are required for remote meter reading.
