The Room sensor External Temperature Sensor MS TS201 LoRaWAN is a compact sensor for monitoring cold rooms, refrigerators, freezers and other temperature-sensitive environments.
A detachable external probe measures temperature at the required point, while readings are transmitted through LoRaWAN to a compatible LoRaWAN gateway and monitoring platform.
External temperature measurement
The temperature version uses a detachable DS18B20 probe with a measuring range from -40 to 125 °C and a resolution of 0.1 °C. The probe can be positioned inside a refrigerator, freezer or cabinet while the main unit remains accessible.
The sensor is configured through NFC and the Milesight ToolBox app. Configurable thresholds support alarms when the measured temperature moves outside the permitted range.

Installation and connection
Install the main unit where LoRaWAN coverage is available and position the external probe at the required measuring point. A compatible LoRaWAN gateway, network server and monitoring platform are required.
