The Sensor EM500-PP-868M MS Pipe Pressure Sensor LoRaWAN is an industrial wireless pressure sensor designed for monitoring pressure in pipes, tanks and process systems. The 868 MHz version is suitable for EU868 LoRaWAN networks and can be used with both liquid and gas applications.
Pressure measurements are transmitted through LoRaWAN to a compatible LoRaWAN gateway and monitoring platform for remote visualisation, alarms and historical analysis.
Pipe pressure monitoring
The EM500-PP measures vented gauge pressure from 0 to 1,600 kPa (16 bar) with an accuracy of ±0.5% full scale and a resolution of 1 kPa. The stainless-steel 316L pressure sensor uses a G1/2 male process connection and is designed to withstand shock, vibration and corrosive environments.
The device stores up to 1,000 historical records locally and supports data retransmission, threshold alarms and Milesight D2D functionality. Configuration is available through NFC, USB-C or LoRaWAN downlink.

Installation and connection
Install the pressure sensor using the G1/2 male process connection and mount the transmitter on a wall, pole or DIN rail. A compatible EU868 LoRaWAN gateway, network server and monitoring platform are required for remote data collection.
