The Temperature sensor EM500-PT100 MS for external probe T500 LoRaWAN is an industrial wireless temperature sensor for monitoring elevated temperatures in pipes, boilers, tanks, machinery and process equipment. The T500 probe measures from -50 to +500 °C.
Temperature data is transmitted through LoRaWAN to a compatible LoRaWAN gateway and monitoring platform for remote visualisation, alarms and historical analysis.
T500 PT100 temperature measurement
The external T500 uses a 3-wire PT100 sensor with 0.1 °C resolution. Configurable threshold and temperature-change alarms make the solution suitable for continuous monitoring of critical process temperatures.
The EM500-PT100 can store up to 1,000 historical records and supports data retransmission following temporary network interruptions. Configuration is available through NFC using Milesight ToolBox, USB-C or LoRaWAN downlink.

Installation and connection
Install the T500 probe at the required measurement point and connect it to the EM500-PT100 transmitter. Keep the transmitter within its specified ambient operating range. A compatible LoRaWAN gateway, network server and monitoring platform are required for remote monitoring.
