The Temperature sensor EM500-PT100 MS for external probe T800 LoRaWAN is an industrial wireless temperature sensor designed for monitoring very high temperatures in demanding environments. The T800 probe version covers temperatures from -50 to +800 °C, making it suitable for furnaces, chimneys, industrial ovens, boilers and high-temperature process equipment.
Measurements are transmitted through LoRaWAN to a compatible LoRaWAN gateway and monitoring platform for remote visualisation, alarms and historical analysis.
T800 PT100 temperature measurement
The external T800 probe uses a 3-wire PT100 connection with 0.1 °C resolution. Milesight specifies typical accuracy of ±0.5 °C from -50 to 170 °C, ±1 °C from 170 to 420 °C and ±2 °C from 420 to 800 °C.
The T800 probe uses a 316 stainless-steel probe and fiberglass cable suitable for temperatures up to 800 °C. The transmitter stores up to 1,000 historical records and supports data retransmission, threshold alarms and temperature-change alarms.

Installation and connection
Connect the external T800 PT100 probe to the EM500-PT100 transmitter and install the probe at the required measurement point. Keep the transmitter itself within its specified operating temperature range. A compatible LoRaWAN gateway, network server and monitoring platform are required for remote data collection.
