Three-phase energy meter for current transformers with LoRaWAN
The Pro II 3/5 EMU Indirect 3 Phase to Current transformer LoRaWAN is an EMU Professional II three-phase energy meter designed for indirect current measurement using external current transformers with a 5 A secondary output. It is suitable for commercial and industrial energy monitoring where higher currents need to be measured through external CTs.
The meter combines three-phase electrical energy measurement with LoRaWAN communication, allowing measurement data to be transmitted wirelessly through a compatible LoRaWAN gateway to a network server and energy-management platform.
Indirect three-phase measurement with configurable CT ratio
The Professional II 3/5 version is designed for current transformers with a 5 A secondary output. EMU supports configurable CT ratios from 5/5 A up to 20,000/5 A, allowing the same meter platform to be used across a wide range of electrical installations.
The meter provides bidirectional energy measurement and can register both imported and exported active and reactive energy. Configuration is performed through the meter's touch-sensitive controls, including current-transformer ratio and other metering parameters.
The Professional II platform also includes a configurable S0 pulse output and a large graphical LCD for local reading and commissioning.
See the official EMU Professional II product information and documentation for detailed electrical specifications, certification and installation requirements.
